We offer a step-by-step design and development process to ensure you are satisfied with your product or service as we go along. We check in with you after every step towards completion, sending you proofs or requesting approval when documents and files are made available.
This process ensures that you are satisfied, understand and approve of where your project is headed. If at any time you feel dissatisfied with the produced material, simply let us know and we’ll work on matching your vision or idea. We’ll do this up to 3 times on each project. If after 3 revisions, you still feel as though you’re not where you’d envisioned your brand, an hourly fee is implemented.
The Glow Up does not guarantee any set standard of results. Instead, The Glow Up works to ensure that our customers receive high-grade marketing tools and advertising material to assist in brand development, recognition, and overall return.
In being that we’ve implemented our structure to ensure customer satisfaction, at this time The Glow Up does not offer reimbursements on services or products rendered or delivered.
